1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page

Opened or used lamps (for safety reasons)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

We will email you a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Package the item securely in its original packaging.

Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping service.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to change of mind or sizing, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Inspection & Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

Shipping costs are only refunded when the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
8. International Returns
Customers returning items from outside our primary shipping regions may be responsible for additional customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
9. Store Credit Option
If preferred, we can issue store credit for the value of your returned item (excluding original shipping costs). Store credit never expires and can be used for future purchases.
